Young Authors in the Spotlight

K is for Kids Foundation invited young authors to come down to 5th Avenue to “write a page” in their upcoming book. Children were treated to pizza, ice cream and face painting. Before leaving with writing pens, pads of paper and balloons trailing in the bright sun, photographer Karen Walsh Haupt, who hosted the event at The Studio on 5th, captured their portrait for the book.
