Behind the scenes, or rather, the check out counter:

Much of the enthusiasm for the Holiday Book Drive is being generated by one of the store’s newest employees and head cashiers, Janet (at left in the photo below), and veteran community relations assistant, Felicia (at right), who are keeping the busy retailer’s check out lines flowing smoothly during this busy season and helping customers to leave with a smile on their face. Thanks to these two impassioned individuals’ desire to help kids in need have new books to read for the New Year, they and their fellow team members have been ringing up the sales of children’s books which will undoubtedly draw even more smiles upon the faces of the children who receive them.
