Share the joy and wealth of reading with Collier County children in need by supporting Barnes & Noble’s 9th Annual Holiday Book Drive benefiting K is for Kids.While you’re out doing your holiday shopping, please drop by Barnes & Noble at the Waterside Shops in Naples to select and purchase a book for a child, from toddlers to teens.
K is for Kids has already distributed over $30,000 in books so generously donated by the patrons and staff at Barnes & Noble, as well as books donated by children’s book authors and local community members.
Together, we will help ensure children who are too often overlooked and/or forgotten receive a gift that keeps on giving – a book!

Authors donate books for children this holiday season: In memory of the late children’s book author Dottie Withrow, every first and second grader at the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County received a beautiful new hardcover book or more, in addition to books donated during Barnes & Noble’s 9th Annual Holiday Book Drive. Thank you to Dottie’s family for continuing to share her beloved stories! Also, a big thank you to author Gerald Hausman for donating his beautiful books, too!
