K is for Kids’ top student leader and spokesperson, Nedgie Paul, appears with Founder Karen Clawson on Bonnie Graham’s “Something to Talk About” TV.
The two met Bonnie at The National Publicity Summit in the Big Apple. Soon after they returned to Naples, the invitation came to be interviewed LIVE via Skype on Bonnie Graham’s Something To Talk About TV show. Nedgie immediately accepted, telling Karen she wouldn’t dare pass up the chance to have her first television appearance!
There were a few technical hiccups (the interview begins at 40 seconds, so please be patient or fast forward), but thanks to Bonnie’s charm and wit, Nedgie and Karen sailed through the interview.
K is for Kids wishes to thank Bonnie for having Nedgie and Karen on her fabulous shows (the interview was also broadcast on Bonnie’s radio show “Read My Lips”) and for showcasing the creative ways teens in Naples, Florida were busting myths and helping children in need become strong readers and leaders.
A big shout out, too, to the dedicated production crew who kept things rolling: director Brendan Duffy, volunteer crew Eric Newman and Patrick Kellegher, PATV intern Harold Mejias, and PATV Programming Manager Mike Peters for technical expertise.
Here are some of our favorite pics from the show.
